Your First Visit

Welcome to Alpine Surgical Arts! We’re excited to meet you and guide you through your initial visit. This appointment is a chance for you to meet our team, including your surgeon, and discuss your treatment options in detail.

To streamline your first visit, we encourage you to complete our patient registration forms online ahead of time. If you haven't had a chance to do so, please arrive a little earlier to fill out the necessary paperwork.

What to Bring

For a smooth appointment, please bring the following items:

• Referral slip and any relevant X-rays
• A list of your current medications
• Medical or dental insurance details
• A valid ID (such as a driver’s license)
• A form of payment

If you’re under 18, you’ll need to come with a parent or legal guardian to your consultation.

What to Expect

Your first appointment typically starts with a conversation with one of our skilled oral surgeons. Dr. Haghighi and Dr. Rowan are dedicated to personalized care and will take the time to review your health history and perform a thorough oral examination. They’ll also discuss your health goals and explore any treatment options you’re considering.

In most cases, you’ll schedule a follow-up appointment for any surgical procedures. However, for certain treatments, it’s possible that everything could be addressed during your initial visit. If your surgery is scheduled for another day, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions and information ahead of time.
